PC Japanese game trouble (Language display and syntax error)

Hello everybody, It's been a while....because I was busy do some project, but it's "sharing time..........."

A few day ago I have a problem when instal PC Otome game. the game was in Japanese, but when I instal the game, the japanese text didn't show up, just strange symbol like "#?$#&" . Even I can't read japanese, this kind of symbol looks disgusting for me, and of course agth and ITH tool useless to if can't preview Japanese words, so I decided to look for solution on google. it said that we have to change language on control panel 

 You don't have to change formats, location, or keyboard and language. All you have to do is change the system locale on administrative. 

1. klik start and open control panel, than klik at clock, language and region as shown in below pic

 

 2. open administrative

3. Click on change system locale and new small window will pop up, change current sytem locale to Japanese

and click ok and ok (maybe needs restart if ask)

and tadaaaaa.....................

Just try to instal your Japanese game or program. the text will show correctly now, without have to change whole computer language to Japanese ^^

This also works when you have the problem with "syntax error" I think one of syntax error is cause because the computer cannot find the language maybe, so if you already install game and cannot open it because of syntax error, try uninstall the game, and change system local to japanese and try to install the game again. 

nb: this also work for other language program, you just have to change sytem locale for that program language, ex: Chinese or Korean.
